International Energy Company Corporate Meeting

The Brief:

The end user client's brief was very specific as they wanted the conference venue, hotel and gala dinner venue all within a 5 minute walking distance of each other. Two hundred participants attending the conference flew into Dublin from across the globe and the plenary meeting ran for three days with six breakout meetings happening for an additional three days.

Druid Character to introduce Activities
Afternoon of activities (Wicklow Tour, Guinness Storehouse, Walking City Tours, Horse riding & Clay Pigeon Shooting & Traditional Irish cooking lesson)
Gala Dinner in the Dining Hall at Trinity College
Traditional Irish Band & 6 Irish Dancers

Day 4

Plenary Meeting in the Round Room

3 Course Lunch
Six Afternoon breakout Meetings in the Hotel
One afternoon programme for one of the breakout groups

Day 5

Six Breakout meetings in the Hotel
Lunch in both the hotel and nearby restaurants for each meeting
Evening Irish programme for one of the breakout group
