The Brief

This locally based International Banking Industry client was to hold its annual global staff conference for the fourth year with advantage ico. The client requested a region outside/alternative to Dublin with good air access to facilitate charter flights from Frankfurt, Luton and Dublin, sufficient five star accommodation, large conference facilities and space for team building activities. Killarney, in the South West of Ireland was selected as the location as it best fit all these criteria and because of it’s close proximity to Kerry, Cork and Shannon Airports.

• Conference production to include set, audio visuals, stage and lighting
• Marquee (1200 m2) and services such as power, kitchens, water, stage, sound,   décor and lighting

• Transfers to and from Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Kerry Airports
• Transport arrangements by plane, train and coach
• Event staff by 8 and local guides by 10 to augment the team
