Practice Session: Before the actual dive, you should attend a practice session in the pool where you will be briefed about the whole process with instructions and you can ask doubts and experience how it is going to be.
Professional Divers: You must make sure you are diving with professional divers and people who know will keep you safe underwater as they know all about it.
Equalizing: In the instructions, you’ll be introduced to how equalizing works under increasing or decreasing pressure in the atmosphere. You must remember to keep doing it.
